Review: Ulta double Duty Concealer & Dark Circle Treatment

Hello!  Ulta was having a buy one get one free sale and I have been looking for a few things and I was at the face section and I saw this and was intrigued. This is a concealer and dark circle treatment and I'm always out on the look  for products that could potentially save me from my dark circles
This is a light to medium coverage concealer. I wasn't overtly impressed with the coverage, it covered my dark circles but it wasn't amazing.
I hate the packaging! At first I thought I was going to love the roller ball application but for this concealer it is the worst thing Ulta could have thought of. The roller ball doesn't move unless you press super hard. That pulls on the skin and doesn't even roll out evenly. The packaging says to glide on the skin, its more like an un-moving marble tugging on your under eye skin. Not very comfortable.  Extremely patchy and barely any product comes out at all. The consistency is too thick to roll and can't be used that way.

I de-potted the concealer in to a little pot thinking I would use the product as a regular concealer but honestly I don't go out of my way to grab this product for under eye concealing. It does the job but I have other concealers that packaging actually work and perform better.
My vote: not worth it!

Review: Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser Concealer.

Hi lovelies! sorry that I have been MIA school has been crazy! test and quiz every week. -__- sigh so stressed!. But I'm here and back with a new review and soon some new fashion posts too!
Today's review is on the Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser Concealer. This is available at all drugstores ranging from about 6-8 dollars depending on where you purchase it. I got mine at Ulta only because it was part of a sale and it was a good deal. But usually stores like Target and Walmart have the best prices. After hearing a lot of good things about this concealer on YouTube and I decided to go out and try it and I must say I really like this concealer. This is a nice opaque concealer that is light weight and offers great coverage for my under eye area. This really helps to brighten and illuminate the area and kinda gives me that "kardasian" concealer effect.
The packaging of this concealer is very interesting, its not your traditional wand and tube style, its in a tube but you click the top and the product comes out of the top of the sponge and you dab it on. At first I thought it I wouldn't like it but I actually do. I can just dab it on my under eye area and use my ring finger to blend it in.  This is very bendable and sits very well on the skin.  This concealer doesn't settle into the lines and its sits very well and It leaves a very smooth appearance.

very good concealer

Review: MAC Studio Finish Concealer NC30

Hello Hello, I have a review on a MAC product today and it's on their Studio Finish Concealer in NC30
This is a potted cream concealer marketed to cover any imperfections on the skin. This is retailed for 16.50 at any MAC store or counter. This concealer is medium to full coverage. Even though this concealer is medium to full, it does not feel heavy on my skin and does not cake up Unless you have dry patches of skin. This concealer drys matte and does not require powdering but for all-day use and because of  my skin type I like to lightly power.
I like to apply this product with my fingers because it warms up the product and allows for better applications of the product. it goes on easier and smoother with more coverage. I like to use this on the days when I want my acne scars on the back of my cheeks to disappear for the day. And it works. this is able to cover up the majority of the scares. It is not completely covered  but from a glance no one would know that I have acne scares. This is not a concealer if you have any dry patches of skin because it will grab on and not let go. The staying power of this concealer is really good. I've used this in super hot days and after all day it is still there. For the use under the eyes, it is okay, It covers the darkness underneath my eyes but without a primer it will settle into fine lines and will crease .

So here I have a before and after photo of my right cheek, and as you can see the "after" picture has a significant difference compared to my "before" cheek.

Verdict: I like it, my go to acne covering concealer.
