Who's Better? Equate vs Neutrogena: Oil-free Eye makeup Remover

Hello everyone! It is a cold blustery day today in the East Bay. Where did this cold front come from! I walked out this morning and wanted to run back to bed it was so cold. It is still freezing outside as I write this. Any who today I have a comparison review on a popular eye makeup remover vs its cheaper, generic counterpart, Equate's oil-free Eye Makeup Remover and Neutrogena's Oil-free Makeup remover. These are both sold at Walmart and are relatively cheap. Equate is about 5-6 dollars and Neutrogena is about 7-8 dollars. Relativity there isn't a huge difference in price so it comes down to who performs better and in this case I found Neutrogena to work better than Equate.
These removers have the same idea behind it. They are a bi-level solutions that needs to be shaken before use. Both claim the same results, "effective and gentle, removes waterproof mascara, and no oily residue." Each bottle has the same about of product and almost the same ingredient list.
I didn't like the Equate one over the Neutrogena for one reason. The Neutrogena remover just worked better than the Equate. Neutrogena worked faster, removed more makeup and was gentler on my eyes. I didn't have to work as hard as the Equate to remove my eye makeup. The Equate remover does work and will get your makeup off but its just not as effective as the Neutrogena remover. I would much rather spend  the 1-2  dollars extra for the Neutrogena remover.

Winner: Neutrogena's Oil-Free Makeup Remover.
