Review: Clinique redness Solutions

Yo! what is up my makeup loving Junkies!, how is everyone doing?
This is a review on Clinique Redness solutions base makeup (foundation)

and I have it in the color 03 Calming Ivory.  (MAC reference NC30).  I purchases this at the Clinique counter for $25 bucks. The bottle holds 1 fl.oz or 30 ml. I love this foundation. It's marketing pitch is that it is a foundation that will neutralize the redness on the face and this works. I have redness around my nose and my cheeks, and this covers it up beautifully. What really sold me was that it neutralized the red acne scars on the back of my cheeks  and made it less noticeable. This is a medium coverage foundation that is build-able. I generally don't need that much coverage so I sheer it out with some moisturizer to get a tinted moisturizer effect.
This is allergy tested and fragrance free so it is suitable for sensitive skin. This has  SPF 15, so it has some sun protection but 15 isn't enough, I suggested a higher one underneath your base makeup, even if it has it built in. For me this is a great winter, fall foundation because it matches me better. In the summer it is a little too light for me so I don't use it  that much.  The texture of this product is liquidy but not runny. It drys to a satin finish. It is very light weight on the skin and half the time I forget I'm wearing anything.
Overall I think this is a great foundation for people who need or wants to cover up redness on their face. Great purchase!

I wanted to try this foundation a while back when they had a lot of magazine ads, this review has convinced me the next time I want a liquid foundation, thanks!
