21st Birthday Haul!!!!!

I'm 21! at last I'm buying my own drank! To celebrate my baby took me shopping in San Francisco and we hit all the stores! First stop Forever 21, he bought me a long safari style trench dress, a tribal tank top and a navy blue tee shirt. On top of that he got me two new necklaces, a really cute owl pendant and a MUSTACHE necklace!!!!! 

After Forever 21 we walked to the Original Tommy's Joynt on Van Ness and Geary. This is a bomb German style Hofbrau. I got the Corn beef sandwich with all the drippens and babe got the BBQ brisket dinner plate. This was one of the best places we have eaten in SF yet. Awesome decor and  atmosphere. I just cant stress enough that the food was bomb-diggity and we will most definitely be returning. Here I also got my first drink courtesy of my baby. 

 

After Tommy's Joynt we walked around Union Square and took picture in front of the famous heart. We walked by Zara and baby bought me a really cute scarf! Its a navy blue square scarf with flying eagle print. It is warm and cozy. Then we hit H&M and they were having a clearance sale but every thing sucked. There was nothing cute but I did manage to find some new belts.  Last stop was Sephora where my baby is just an angel. He and I have been looking for a new green eye shadow for me to use and we finaly found it. Urban Decays Loaded eyeshadow. I also decided to redeem my Sephora points and got a new mascara, Blinc a tubeulare mascara.

 Last thing to make my day any better was the gift my Baby's mom gave me. She gifted me with a  vintage necklace and ring set with a statement pendant necklace.

 I had a wonderful 21st birthday! Thanks to my baby making a awesome San Francisco day trip and spending it with the one I love. Thank you!

Fergie Wet and Wild Haul

Hi everyone! During a quick run to Walgreen I saw that there is a new Wet and Wild collection collaboration with Fergie! This collection has array of items, multiple eye shadow quads, lipsticks eyeliners and eye products. Only these items really caught my attention. I picked up the eye shadow primer and two nail polishes. The primer was about $5 and the nail polish is 3.49.

The nail polishes I picked up are Kaleidoscope ( clear polish with silver blue and turquoise glitter) and Glamorous ( clear polish with small and large gold glitter) Overall these two were a total miss. The glitter is so diluted in the clear polish, it only deposits five glitters on the nail and its impossible to layer because the formula of the polish takes forever to dry. Even used as a glitter topcoat it doesn't work for me at all. 

The eye primer tho, called For My Primas is amazing for five dollars I'd say it rivals UDPP (Urban Decay Primer Potion) I used it on a night out and my eye shadows stayed put! I was amazed that this held up all night with out creasing or fading. Excellent purchase. 

Out of this haul I only liked one item, not good ether that means I have terrible luck picking out stuff or  I'm a big sucker for glitter polishes. :P

PS: I ended up returning the nail polishes, they were not worth my time or money. They would have just sat at the bottom of my nail polish collection untouched. 

Sunday Goodies!: The Balm Haul

How exciting! After I hear so much hype about the Nudetude pallet and the Balm in general I was excited to pick stuff up from Hautelook on sale! score. The only thing I hate is that Hautelooks shipping process is shitty! It takes for ever for them to ship items! :[

Ulta 20% off Sale Haul

Goodness graciousness  it has been a minute sense I last posted on my blog! a lot has been happening in my life, and I have been having too much fun with my boyfriend and busy with school! hopefully now I will be more consistent with post and can write more review and fashion post again! I have been testing out a lot of products in my absence and look forward to writing a lot of review on new products :)

On to the haul! I only picked up a few things this time. I really needed some new mascaras and liquid eyeliner so I picked up the new NYX The Curve liquid eyeliner to try out and see if its any good and so far I like it, took a couple tries to get the new handle down but so far I like it. I also picked up a new Age Rewind concealer because I broke my old one but twisting it backwards and the top part broke into pieces. I wanted to try the new Maybelline mascara in the cat eyes packaging. That alone, sold me in to getting it. I also picked up one of and oldie but goody mascara the Grow Luscious mascaras. One of my favorites.

Haul!

Hi guys, it has been a while since I've last posted, but school has really begun to pick up and I haven't had any time to blog! :(  but I have some coming out soon! and here, I did pick up some goodies and I'm here to share.

I did a major purchase on UNT website to buy backups of my favorite powder foundation, the Ideal Glow, and while I was there I wanted to try their new Dewy Finish Powder Foundation. The Acne Clear was a free gift with purchase. Next, my trusty eyelash curler broke on me today so I did a quick emergency run to Ulta and picked up a new one, its by Japaneque, Its called the Power Curl Eyelash Curler and it was expensive! 19.00 jeesh... it better be the best eyelash curler Iv ever tried! lol JK we'll see. While I was there, Ulta was having a buy two Maybelline products get one free, so I picked up some new mascaras to try, and the new Age Rewind concealer I've heard good things about.

Review: LORAC Haute Couture Palettes: Avant Garde and Sand Tropez

Hello! I am  here with a haul/review on LORAC Haute Couture Pallets: Avant Garde and Sand Tropez. I purchased these off of Hautelook. I have always wanted to try LORAC products but they were always a little pricey for me. So when I saw that Hautelook was having a sale on their products, I was like, "perfect opportunity to try it out".

On Hautelook, I purchased two eye shadow pallets for $14 each. That is an impeccable deal in my book. These are from the Haute Couture collection. One in Avant Garde and Sand Topaz

The first thing I noticed about the palettes was that the case top was soft like a pillow. This was very different from anything that I own, and it added to the whole theme of the collection. It has a lace mesh over a white pillow stuffing on top and I like the palette that comes with a dual end shading and angle brush. I actualy like the brush provided. It worked very well for a provided applicator.

Here is the Sands Topaz palette. It is a gorgeous brown natural palette.

 

This palette has two matte shades and two shimmery shades. The first color is a matte cream white, very nice for a highlight shade. The second color is a white gold champagne color with a satin finish, a very pretty lid color and great for the inner corners of the eyes. The third color is a medium warm brown that is a satin finish. The last color is a dark matte brown. 

I found this palette to be my favorite out of the two I bought. Because the palette is so versatile it makes for a great everyday palette. When I first received it, I used it everyday.

This is the Avant Garde palette. A lovely purple pallete great for colored smoky eyes.

This palette's eye shadows all have satin and shimmery textures. The first color is a shimmery white, the second is a cool tone taupe satin finish, the third a glittery gray, and the fourth is a dark plum.  My favorite color out of this palette is the cool taupe color and I love it on the lids by itself and with some mascara. The biggest disappointment was the glitter gray eye shadow. I was really hoping for the gritter to show up on my lids but it doesn't. If I pat it on it will be there but any amount of blending will make the glitter fly right off. This  palette hasn't received as much love from me as the other palette. namely because I don't often reach for dark colors in the day time. Rarely on the days I go out and most definitely not to school.

Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase, the quality of the shadows speak for them selves they are majority smooth and pigmented. They apply on the skin very effortlessly and are lovely to look at. The packaging is really nice and it makes for a good show piece.

I came across this cite http://allcosmeticswholesale.com/index.html randomly through YouTube and at first, I was super skeptical but I researched them a little and read some review and everyone said really good things. The best part about this cite is that they sell high end/department store makeup for discounted prices. Some are up to 50-60 % off. Insane. They also sell rare and discontinued items which are prices a higher than original price. What I really love about them is that the shipping is wicked fast and they don't charge tax ether. Shipping is extremely reasonable and everything is thoroughly bubble wrapped.

I really like this site, I think it is a great place to find and purchase high end products at low end prices.

Hautelook Haul 1 Eve Pearl

yay! Finally, my Eve Pearl order came in today.   The package was right at my door step when I got home today from school. YAY ^_^ the first thing I did was rip open the packaging and check my concealer because I saw a photo of Hollyanneree's order and it was all melted and jacked up. I was really scared and ready to draft up a complaint to Hautelook, but mine came in fine. My only complaint was the shipping from Hautelook felt like it took forever. But once I realized that they ship from New Jersey and by ground I let it slide.

Haul: Skin Care and Sample

 I am super exited I finally went and got Lancomes Bi-Facils eye makeup remover. However it is super pricey so I am going to try out the travel size first and then see if I want the full bottle. 

 I have been needing a new eye cream, as I finished up my Estee Lauder one

 I picked this up from Target on sale and I been wanting to try out new moisturizers with higher spfs

Alaska Jewelry Haul!

On my trip to Alaska I didn't actually spend too much, its more of an experience kind of vacation. but I did pick up a couple of cool things.

 I have been wanting this concealer for ever, and I think I waited a little too long because they increased the price for this, it used to be 15.50 and now its 16.50 :(

 I love my Powder foundations but sometimes I can look very powdered so I got this to help with that
